I graduated in 2010 from Gene Juarez Academy in Seattle. I did my apprenticeship at Zero Zero Hair Salon there. In 2011, I moved to San Antonio, "temporarily" (HAHAHA). I struggled to find my "salon home" here and bounced around for a while. With the help of my amazing family, I opened Vividology Salon in November of 2017. 2 years later, I moved from a suite into my salon!
I strive to attend many classes throughout each year to hone my skills so that I am able to give my clients the best experience and results. My favorite thing to do is vivid colors, (that love pre-dated my interest in beauty school), and the health and integrity of your hair are my top priority. I met my soulmate, Tim in 2012, and we have two awesome kiddos!

I don't know if I could love a company more. All of their products smell AMAZING! They offer classes all over the world throughout the year and I always look forward to each new class offered here. All the good they do for our planet is so inspiring, and something I don't hesitate to support. They also produce the highest quality of hair care products Have I mentioned they all smell amazing?

This is the first time that I go to this salon and was very impressed. My hair was done by Kiara and she did a phenomenal job. My hair was so damaged and my highlights were lost in my blond colored and damaged hair. She created some definition, you can actually see highlights now! Needless to say my hair looked great and felt healthier! I felt like a shampoo commercial! Thank you Kiara for taking the time to fix my hair.

I have seen Chelsea on 3 different occasions and she has exceeded my expectations every time! She is incredibly knowledgeable about different brands and products and the chemistry behind them! As someone who loves having unnaturally-colored hair, she is a perfect match for me. She has a fun, open personality and is always open to good conversation. She listens to all of my concerns and what I want to walk out with. She takes pride in her work and will always make sure you’re completely satisfied. I absolutely love what Chelsea did with my hair. I wasn't sure what to do for a style (I usually just put it up) and she listened to my wants, ideas, and concerns and then made suggestions. The finally result was awesome. Some people didn't recognize me at first because my new style was such a change - for the better. For weeks I kept hearing comments about how well my new style fit me, how healthy my hair looked, and how much younger I looked. That means a lot when you're about to turn 60 yrs old! It was my first time going to see Chelsea, it had been over a year since i had my hair cut. I did something completely different and Chelsea made me feel good about my decision! It was shorter than I wanted but to achieve what I needed it had to be done haha literally from the moment I got my hair cut COMPLIMENTS DAILY! Love love love this salon. It's a small salon so it's very client focused. I thought I knew what I wanted but was just going in with off handed recommendations and they weren't right. Chelsea explained in practical terms why she was advising the treatments and products. I have loved everything she has suggested. Including not washing my hair as much which has worked out just as she suggested. E/O has loved my new cut. Thanks so much !!!

My sister-in-law recommended Chelsea to me and I am so glad that she did! She is amazing! She has done an amazing job on my hair! When I started seeing her, my hair was total dry and damaged from bad coloring and abuse. She has completely transformed it. Her products and advice have changed it completely! I absolutely love it! Chelsea is amazing!!!! She is so dedicated to her work and has a passion for bright vivid colors. I like how she can keep the colors professional as well as still having a bit of fun.

Okay, I decided to come here because my hair dresser moved to Austin. While I was nervous about switching because my hair dresser knew my hair type and what I like, all my fears were put at ease! Some may say that I'm being bias because I'm married to her, but this isn't the case. Chelsea did my hair for the first time, 6 years ago, before there was ever a relationship to speak of. There are a few important things that has not changed since then, she listens to you, and she as any amazing eye for colors. Chelsea of Pruedoeshair, is fantastic. When my hair came back after chemo therapy, she kept it neat and trimmed. As it grew back thicker and longer, Chelsea assisted me with not only keeping it in a becoming style, but also recommended great, quality salon products that fit my budget and leave my hair feeling and looking like a million buck.
