Very happy with Windy City Mechanical. Tom came out and explained what options I had for a new Furnace and A/C units for my home. He answered all my questions. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive system but the system that was best for my needs. His crew came out and installed the new system. They were very professional and finished in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Windy City Mechanical if you need a new system.

Tom was very helpful & took the time during the estimate to make sure we found the right solution for our needs. Adam & Derek during the installation were very professional and took the time to explain our new AC & water heater systems. They were considerate of keeping the house clean & even played with my dog! I couldn't have had a better experience with windy city. They came out to put a security cage on my central air unit outside my home. Which they did a wonderful job. But the night before i had another problem come up. My water heater went out that night before they came. I was just talking with the installer telling him about what happened that night. He said windy city does that too. We install water heaters. I made the call and in 30 minutes I had a new water heater being installed as well. I would like to thank Windy City Mechanical for coming to the rescue like that. They did a wonderful job
