I was referred to ICOMP from the firm that handles my 401k. I was with ADP at the time and I can’t even begin to express the difference in accuracy and customer service. I have used Paychex, I would rate them a 3 out of 5. I have used ADP. I would rate them a 1 out of 5. And finally I have used ICOMP and I would give them a 6 out of 5. I seriously can’t recommend them more.

I have been with IComp Payroll for about a year now and I am very happy with the service. If I need something I get a response right away. I have used one of the other big box store payroll services in the past and I was always getting hit with hidden fees and constant price increases. Several months ago, after working with ADP for many years, our business made the transition to Icomp Payroll. We have been very satisfied with the change. The process was smooth and our employees have been pleased with the new system. Two very positive changes for us were meeting with Rob at the beginning of the process and now having a consistent representative to work with as our questions come up. Hard for me to overstate how satisfied I am with the service I have received from Rob and his staff! Up to this point, I had used Quicken and their system was fine, but I found their support to be very difficult to work with. I had made some mistakes but was struggling to get them fixed. It was taking way too much time with Quicken to get it resolved and I did not have confidence that it was going to be fixed anyway. Rob took over my situation and helped me onboard with IComp very quickly. He also was able to resolve all of my outstanding issues. His competence and responsive was outstanding. I

I have used IComp for my retail business for several years after looking to leave ADP and couldn't be happier! They are extremely responsive, professional, friendly and never make you feel like a bother. When you call, an actual PERSON answers and you get immediate answers. If they need to call you back, they do so in a very timely manner. Rob and his team are very knowledgeable and thorough. I have never had an issue with errors, which is very important when dealing with employees' pay, and state and federal taxation entities. In January 2014, The Church of the Epiphany converted payroll processors from ADP to Integrated Compensation System, Inc. (ICOMP). We collaborated with Robert Scalia, the owner of ICOMP, to reduce payroll processing time and improve accuracy while at the same time reduce payroll expenses. Prior to the conversion, timecards were manually… calculated every two weeks and hours were entered into the payroll file. This was a timely process and human error occurred.
