Services
The following is intended to give you a general idea of how the auction process works and its advantages. Having a known sale date can be financially beneficial to the Seller by knowing that ongoing expenses (i.e., utilities, taxes, insurance, and matinance) will come to an end. Through competitive bidding, auctions create the opportunity to sell the property for more than was expected.
Matt has his own appraisal business, Woods Appraisals LLC, and regularly conducts professional appraisals of personal property including art objects, paintings, silver, furniture, various antiquities, etc. on behalf of banks, attorneys, museums, historic homes, institutions, and private individuals for purposes of estate settlement, divorce, liquidation, and personal evaluation.
Allee Harmon and his team from Wardlow Auctions, Inc. did an excellent job with my estate auction. The home was full of many different items; books, wall art, china, furniture, silver, etc. His team took the time to research any piece they weren't sure of the value of and treated everything like it belonged to their family member.

Wardlow is fantastic! They have great customer service, are friendly and honest. At my first experience with Wardlow, I went to pickup my item and the quantity of items were 2 less than posted.
Without me asking, they realized the error and immediately gave me a refund for the 2 missing pieces. Impressive!! They also get very unusual items too.

Let me just say i check my Email regularly to see if they have sent me any notice of any up coming auctions, i went to an estate auction they had not too long ago and they not even knowing me were very courteous to me and all the people there and when i had a slight problem about my payment after it was over and it was for a good amount of money they went out of there way for me. The details not important but there going out of there way for me was just truly unexpected, I am an avid auction participant so i watch very closely to details, and they i believe are very professional and very grateful

I recently bought a beautiful new dining room table and chairs through a downsizing auction. The process was easy..register and bid. You have the opportunity to examine anything you wish to bid on. Do pay attention to the time frame for pickup, it was 48 hours for mine.
Once I met the movers at residence, the team was very helpful getting us out of there. It involved some moving of cars and a lot of patience, it was a large haul. We recently relocated from Louisville to another city, and downsized from our large suburban home to a condo. Wardlow Auctions handled the sale of our extra furniture, lawn equipment and so forth. It was amazing! Rather than try to sell 65 items on Craig's List, Warlow photographed our stuff, grouped it intelligently, and sold it through an incredible internet auction. Several items brought more than what we originally paid.

Been buying from this auction service for last 6 months or so I buy and sell as a business and its been a pleasure doing business with Wardlows Auction. They go out of there way to provide one of the best products out there no matter if its a personal property estate auctiion or a property auction They give the same effort and service no matter what and as a business owner thats something I look for.
