The team was excellent- from picking up the phone quickly on a Sunday evening and scheduling an appointment in less than 48 hours (I am still waiting on a call back from the other company I had left a VM at before calling precision!)
Jason our technician was excellent- professional and extremely informative all the way through- from calling to give updates on his arrival, to quick service and then he really took the time to walk us through all the features of our new opener and offered to help ensure we were all set up with the app for our phones.

One of our garage door springs broke on a Sunday morning. Jonathan, our Precision tech, was on-site a few hours later. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be fixed. A little over an hour later everything worked like new. Highly recommend Precision and our technician Jonathan!

We were beyond thrilled with the service of Jason S., on behalf of Precision. He greeted us professionally and politely. He provided honest estimates and recommendations. We loved that we received a picture and short bio of the technician coming to our house, prior to his arrival. This allowed us to feel safe and trust the service we would be… receiving. We initially had the company out to give an estimate on repairs or possible replacement. We ultimately went with the full package replacement of opener, springs, rollers, eyes, remotes. AJ came out right after we called. It was late afternoon on a Sunday, on a muggy day. He replaced our garage door motor/system right away as the original was not able to be fixed. He was incredibly thorough, efficient, clean, and respectful. He walked me through how to use everything, all that he replaced, and even offered to go through everything again as he was walking out and my husband was arriving home. He was fantastic and would absolutely recommend him.
