This might be the most professional company I have ever dealt with, and they didn't charge me a cent. Jake assessed my Medicare situation with courtesy and empathy, and offered me 3 excellent options that he felt would serve me best and save me the most money. In my search for assistance to enroll in Medicare part B and D given my circumstances I found Stephanie’s YouTube videos which in clear and understandable terms answered most of my questions. To complete the tasks of enrolling in a medi-gap plan and Part D prescription coverage plan I call the Abt Insurance office for additional assistance. I dealt with Lawrence Abt. I found him to be very responsive and attentive, why not being aggressive. I found everything he told me to be correct. And I believe he did help me to get the best deal for me. I wanted to have traditional Medicare. They have made the enrollment process very easy to navigate. Especially the part D and the the dental plan that I felt I needed. I was very relieved when I decided to call them, because my experience with other brokers I had talked to before them had not been, for one reason or another, pleasing to me. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

I would recommend watching their YouTube videos to try and understand the complexity of the Medicare process. I then contacted the company and Lawrence became my agent who totally guided me through the entire application process step by step, finding and explaining all options and helping me find what was best for me.
