Residential window washing is performed by hand using professional window cleaning tools and techniques. We use a 7 step window cleaning process to ensure a perfectly clean window every time. Soak, Scrape to remove tree sap and excess paint, Re-soak, Polish with bronze wool, Squeegee, Detail edges, Wipe sill.
Windows get dirty over time and the longer windows stay dirty, the harder they are to clean! Dirty windows also increase the likelihood of irreparable damage due to etching of the glass and frames. Having your windows professionally cleaned is an investment, not an expense. Over time it will cost you less - and you will have the added luxury of enjoying a sparkling clean house.

At Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning, we use ladders with stabilizers, which allow us to place the ladder against your roof, rather than your gutters.

Roof valleys, and/or the top of the gutter guards, may need to be blown off periodically. They came to our home a little bit late, but they communicated that to us in advance of them being late. I appreciated that communication. When they arrived, they were friendly, quite knowledgeable, professional, and possessed a good work ethic. The price for the work they did, and the time they spent, and the high quality of work performed was very reasonable. I see why their Google and BBB ratings are so high. This is a company I will have back next year to ensure my gutters and underground tubes are clear to make sure water is flowing away from our home.

I had the pleasure to work with Michael! He was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Out of the other companies that I had reached out, he was the only one that was able to build a relationship with and he helped me understand the best situation for my mom‘s gutters. I initially wanted to get gutter guards but due to a change on my end, I ended up not moving forward with just gutter cleaning. Michael was very responsive to me throughout the entire process. He took a photo before and after of how my mom’s gutters looked. Him and his team took care of the cleaning efficiently and throughly.

I would hire these gentleman again in a minute! They were fabulous! Very quick with contacting us, notifying us they were on the way and then when they arrived. They did a great job communicating with us and did a great job on the gutters! They worked very hard and took care of all issues we had, Very responsible and a great company.Wish I had known about them the last time we did this work. Owner is very professional, we were very happy with their service!
