I bought my first bag from Able when I was commuting into Boston. It was a GORGEOUS cognac color with a simple classic design, tough enough to handle any subway ride or city walk, and though my commute is much shorter now- is still my go to for a versatile travel bag on any flight or adventure

This is a really nice, unique boutique in Nashville. It's filled with lots of gorgeous leather bags, unique clothing and jewelry. There is also a very nice selection of shoes. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful and not overbearing - which is just perfect.

First I want to say that I absolutely love ABLE'S mission. I have spent a lot of money with them because I think what they are doing is so important.
I am not sure if they have new ownership or new management but their customer service which used to be great is awful! They don't respond. It has been almost a month since I sent the last email and no response. I placed an order for a beautiful wallet from a sale they had, after I ordered i told my sister about it so that she could get one, as well as some other friends. My sister ordered one as well about 10 minutes or so after I ordered mine. She

I've received ABLE products before and absolutely LOVE them, and I also bought one as a gift in January so my review does not pertain to the quality or ethical nature of these products. I actually really respect this company, but my current experience has been awful! After ordering TWO of the beautiful Mamuye Classic Totes and TWO of the Debre Delux Wallets, I was so excited. My sister and I wanted to get each other matching birthday presents. I ordered on April 9, the order was "filled" on April 22, and delivered to me on May 1. My invoice reflects my purchase of TWO totes and TWO wallets, so

This has been the most disappointing customer service experience ever. I placed my order nearly three weeks ago. I received notice of shipment and the USPS link reflected anticipated delivery of 5/15. Well, 5/15 came and went and no delivery. I check tracking link again and there is no date listed. Just a message that states package is in transit to next facility. I have emailed customer service at least three times and waited well beyond 72 hrs for a response but NOTHING. I understand staffing and shipping times are affected by the current pandemic, however, there is simply no excuse

Went out of our way to stop here because we were only in Nashville for a day and we are so glad we did! They had a great selection of their leather goods and it was great to be ale to see everything in person. The staff was incredible in helping us find what we were looking for and answering our questions as well!

I loved being able to visit the Fashionable Flagship store. I've been following this brand for a while now & seeing all the product in person was great! The store is laid out wonderfully - bright and airy! I was able to see all the product, try stuff on, see how it looked in person, and even hear more about the great story behind this brand. I can't wait to go back & add to my FashionABLE collection! The staff was great, too. Available when needed, but not pushy.

I bought my mom the cutest little red leather clutch from ABLE today for her Alabama loving self and I just know she’s going to love it! It was so hard to not buy myself anything in there! Next year I will be telling everyone to get all my gifts from ABLE!
