I have a 2012 GMC Terrain. Local dealership said my rear main seal was cracked so it was leaking some oil and needed to be replaced. Dealer quoted me $2,500+ for the fix and $700+ for 90k mile service. John and the team determined that the seal for my oil cap was causing the leak (not the rear main seal). Treywick's cleaned off the oil from the engine, changed the oil, put in a new oil cap and did a transmission flush. The bill from Treywick's was just over $600. One heck of an honest team and diagnosed the issue themselves rather than what I was told the issue was.

Went there because I had a nail in my tire. They took my car in and roped it off. Two other guys came to check it and the three concluded that I needed new tires. The only problem with that diagnosis was Ithe tires On the car have 4,000 miles on them and are top of the line Michelen’s. Took it to Hudson’s where they plugged the tire. Hasn’t leaked in the 5 months since they fixed it

Let's be honest no one really ever wants to take their vehicle into the shop but when I need to I'm glad a place like Traywicks is there. Congrats, you lost a new customer and an $89 alignment over $3 for air. That's 75¢ per tire! And your lazy attitude.
I do certainly apologize for asking you (the owner) at the counter for an appointment to get the front end aligned.

The family at Traywicks is the most kind and honest people I have encountered for any type of small business. I misdiagnosed my own car problem and they could have suggested a replacement to my starter and I would have happily paid. Instead, they told me that my relatively new battery went bad and I just needed a new battery. They have earned a long time new customer.

I was new in town and needed someone to put new wheels on my Audi A8. We normally do everything through the Audi dealership. Another tire garage recommended Traywicks so I gave them a call. Elizabeth was so helpful and accommodating. On the day of the appointment they kept us posted during the hour and a half I was there as well as checked to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything. When the work was complete they went over everything with me pointing it out making sure it was satisfactory. I would highly recommend for their knowledgeable technicians and superb customer service,

Let me tell you about this garage. I wish every mechanic was a trustworthy and honest as they strive to be. Its truly amazing that there are still honest mechanics out in the world we live in. Not out to nickel and dime you, but out to find the true root cause of your mechanical issues. Hands down best customer service I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed.

I brought my truck in for the first time on 5/16/17 for a problem with my A/C. They recharged it and that was it :)
They didn't try to tell me there was another issue that required an expensive repair and level of honesty was refreshing!
I recommend stopping in for your next repair. They have a new and happy customer for all of my vehicle repairs!!!

Been here twice in recent months for different repairs. I'm very particular with who services my vehicles, so small garages have not been my first choice. I'm typically a dealership customer, but the high prices are forcing me to look elsewhere. At Traywick's, prices are good, service is quick, and employees are friendly. I will return for future repairs.

I went to this place for a simple drive light bulb ( have had them replaced in the pass). SO I Know roughly the cost. I was told by the mechanic it would cost over $40.00 to change out my drive light bulb. because I drive an Cadillac Escalade. I said no thanks...Wow..... Went down the street it & it cost a total of $15.00 to replace. I WELL NEVER GO BACK!!!!
