This is the worst appraisal service I have ever run across. Dishonest, lazy... his own home looks like a junkyard in the back . You will not get an honest appraisal. I had to pay for trees removed from his yard , that were encroaching On my my property. I would never recommend Bobby Baldwin for anything . They are scammers. If you want to give your money away call Bobby Baldwin.
