I cannot say enough good things about Chad and his paralegal Tina- a truly amazing team. My dad recently passed away and my mom needed to file bankruptcy. I had a phone consultation with Chad and from there we started the process.
Both were very clear about the whole process/paperwork/ steps involved and and were consistently available for any questions/concerns I had. Bankruptcy can be pretty stressful and given that I already had a lot on my plate, I truly appreciate how much Chad and Tina supported me and put my nerves at ease.
All in all I would absolutely recommend Chad for anyone looking

I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to working with this law group and they never kept the phone appt. That makes me very nervous and forces me to take a step back and count myself lucky they are not representing my financial situation. If they do not have the decency to shot me a call or a message of some type about rescheduling a phone call , how can I trust them with my finances.

I did my own research considered to take this step for very long time but as time went by my financial situation was getting worse and worse to a point that I did not know what to do. I was on the fence about it and he assured me he would make happen everything he said he would. I felt very confident in his services . Unfortunately I did not get the pleasure of meeting him because of schedule conflict but his colleague was there to see me through it. make sure to do your homework before using this guy! you are a dime a dozen to him, i would advise you file your own bankruptcy before using chad. he is far from through. i owe $13,000 in taxes that could have been avoided if i would have waited another 200 days. i was advised by chad that all of my taxes could have been discharged and that i did not need to wait.
find another attorney who actually cares!!!!

My wife and had were unsure if we needed to go the bankruptcy route and were very unsure of how to go about it.
