BlackTie IT is truly a godsend. I've been having tons of networking issues lately at my office and they were able to quickly patch them up, getting me back online. Costs were very fair and they worked with me on my budget. There is a good chance i'll keep them on retainer for any future issues as our office space scales up. Great work!

Derek and his team are one of, if not the most, experienced and efficient IT guys I have ever come across. Everything they did for us made our lives easier in every way. I cant say enough good things about Derek and his company. Highly recommend that everyone use them for whatever they can. Full on re-wiring and setting up of a brand new server, along with domain changes and various other tweaks that were requested. We TRIED to make it difficult for them but they had no issues with any of it.

I fell victim recently to some computer hackers who gained remote access to my personal computer. Derek from Black Tie IT was recommended by a nurse at my doctor’s office (of all places) and when I explained to her what happened to me, she told me to call Derek immediately. I did once I got to the parking lot, and he answered and on the spot, immediately started helping me with my situation. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders in the first 5 mins of talking to him; I knew I was in good hands. He came over an hour later to my home after normal business hours to personally pick up my computer

Derek at Black Tie did an exceptional job when I started having computer issues at my business. I had him come in and take a look, he did the best he could at fixing it, but in the end I had to upgrade my computer. I am always so hesitant with IT companies/people because I'm not computer savvy and always worried that I'm being taken. I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because Derek was one of the most professional IT contractors I have ever worked with. I recently contacted Dere with a network issue that a previous tech could not solve.
After a few texts, Derek jumped in and solved the issue quickly. He went above and beyond and explained to me what was wrong. He checked in a day later to make sure everything was working.
He is super easy going, a very nice person and a very knowledgeable tech. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again whenever the need arises.

Derek was extremely helpful and communicative. I was trying to help build a new gaming desktop for my friend and used some old parts from a pre built pc but couldn't get it to work properly because the screen kept freezing. We kept trying to fix it for four days straight to the point we called Derek at night after his normal office hours for help. He was willing to squeeze us into his tight schedule for the next day and pick it up that night. Very satisfied with the work and dedicated effort Derek put into fixing our pc. In just a few hours he was able to get it up and running and ran tests

I found Derek on Google and called him to setup and install multiple computers for my home office as well as a security system that is integrated with those computers. Derek is a great guy and his technicians were very friendly and did the work in a timely manner. Derek also kept in touch with me after the job was done to make sure everything is working properly. He also setup a tracking system on his end to ensure that if there were any issues with the network going down at anytime he'd be able to react and solve the problem quick.
