Fall River Apparel has been in the garment manufacturing industry for over 30 years. Our cutting & sewing facility is located in Southeastern Massachusetts. Over the years the company grew from a custom maker of specialty items to a large production facility. During the height of our business we employed 100+ and manufactured better dresses and sportswear for well known catalog and retail customers.
As garment manufacturing has moved offshore we have adjusted our business to meet the current demands. Our production base now includes large scale contract cutting for outerwear, home accessories and specialty items. We also maintain a versatile and experienced sewing facility to service large and small orders.

Services
Our cutting department is equipped with Gerber computerized cutting machines. We also cut with hand cutting machines for sample or custom orders. Using a base pattern we will use the Gerber Accumark marking and grading system to grade patterns and create markers. We can also import complete markers electronically to cut to any customer specifications.
Our contract sewing facility uses the latest machinery and production techniques. All aspects of production will be in-house from piece goods receipt to cutting, sewing, and shipping. We maintain complete control of the entire process. Our employees are highly skilled and committed to quality every step of the way.
We use Gerber Accumark technology to convert sample patterns into ready-to-cut markers. The markers are sent electronically to the in-house cutting machine or printed and sent to a cutting service of your choice. We can also send the data electronically if needed. We will grade patterns to customer specific size ranges and specifications.
