Very simply, KC is YOUR realtor—simply the best: really. I have moved 14 times in my day; and I have experienced firsthand the good and not so good in realtors. To simply say KC does the ‘above and beyond’ doesn’t come even close to how she does her job for you. She Sells, or Buys … hard. She will be there with and for you at every step to include the build (if you get a new house), negotiating what is due you, to the design selections, to the pre-close and final inspections through the closing and after the close to make sure your move is right. K.C was an absolutely joy to work with. As first time home buyers, she sat down with us on Day 1 and explained the whole home buying process, and didn’t hesitate to answer the hundreds of questions that we had. When we we finally made an offer on our house she was with us from the initial offer, inspections, and closing, and would always provide updates when needed.
