I met Joel some years ago and decided to get quotes from him as I was not happy with my insurance company at the time. Judith explained the confusing parts of home owners insurance in terms I could understand. I switched ultimately to them though because they saved me $500 a year in my home insurance and $800 a year on my family auto insurance. They are always helpful!

Progressive didn't staff up accordingly after a large weather event and they dropped the ball on my case for months. I tried calling the 800 number several times and waited an hour before giving up. Judith offered to deal with Progressive for me and waited on hold for 2 hours before transferring the call. I'm still on hold but it was very helpful.
Edit: Support from Judith and Joel has been great. I'm frustrated with Progressive but these guys have been nothing but responsive and are really going to bat for us. Would recommend to a friend.
