I believe that he stole and he is currently using the name of a mortgage contracting services this is a big national property preservation company, if this guy did not take the time to do his research properly, he’s not worthy of getting any contracts, or doing any work. You stole from a major company, their name no less, you should be reported. You should Have done research, you’re probably not even license with the state

Crooks. They will screw over a contractor by stealing your money you made from them. Should be a zero star button.

They send thieves out to properties in default to break in without police or sheriffs and without eviction notices or warning dates. They broke in and stole items out of boxes and luggage. Over $10k worth of items which is considered GRAND THEIF, I have pressed charges.

Unlicensed, Unregistered Company doing business in the United States. Required to have a General Contractors License, and Pay Work Comp however, they figure they will push the bill on the contractor, while they run around playing illegally.
