I've never seen a business operate the way they do.
When we contacted them they expressed they only took cash or credit card which is fine. Since the house is tenant occupied, I was not at the property, but they were to call me for credit card information when complete. They asked for a $80 deposit which I paid that day.
They installed a water heater, and attempted to call me when complete, but I did not get to the phone right away. I called them back within 2 hours, but they had already ripped out the water heater they had just installed and left, because it took me more then an hour to get

The installers showed up an hour early. Both guys were polite and went right to work. They installed 2 water heaters in less than 2 hours.Also were careful with the heaters so no tiles were damaged.
They were quiet and not at all disruptive.We we’re so impressed we tipped them for lunch.Only biz willing to text a quote-no wasting on our valuable time . Would recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & PRICE! I obtained a text-quote within an hour of calling THE WATER HEATER GUY. I also called another 4.9 plumbing company who is known for its Water Heater Installations. The "other" plumbing company took a day to send someone out and quoted me almost double the price for an off-brand 6yr water heater, while attempting to "up-sell" me to their annual contract. So, I called the WATER HEATER GUY and my brand new Rheem water heater was installed within 24 hours. This water heater is so modern and they charged me the exact amount (tax included), as their quote stated. I highly recommend

I called yesterday afternoon about replacing our non-working water heater. After sending them a couple pictures and basic information, I got a quote in minutes. The price was much better than other quotes, and was similar to what I saw advertised on the website.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Water heater stopped working Thursday night, they were able to come out next morning with no extra same day service charge bs. Prices fair and posted directly on their website. Text feature where you send in pictures of your existing unit for an accurate price. Crew showed up and were done within the hour. Thank you!
