We used Red Dot to stage our house with their furniture and fixtures before the house went on the market. Sheela and Ira did a fantastic job pulling the rooms together. It was like a whole new house after they were done. The movers they used even helped us move some of our furniture out of the house for a nominal extra fee. I believe the staging helped us sell our house so quickly.

I want to say something about STAGING .. does it really help or not? YES!!! if you’re one of those people who likes to look at houses just for fun.. take a look at these pictures and see how beautiful the staging is.. this is a beautiful property but it is definitely for a specific type of buyer (wants to live near downtown doesn’t care if it doesn’t have a yard is OK with a lot of stairs etc… ).. this one took me a while to get under contract..Although we had a good amount of showjngs at first, once the house was vacant we weren’t getting the amount of traffic we needed.
