Mr Terry went above and beyond to help my daughter get to and from her destination. He even STAYED with her to make sure she was safe when the event she was to attend was I expectedly moved without her knowledge. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire shuttle service. He was very prompt and patiently waited when her luggage was lost and they had to file report. I sincerely cannot thank him and his team enough for all the help. They treated us like one of the family, especially when it came to safety and surroundings. A great service. My driver, Steve, was prompt (even a little early) and, after we had gone a few blocks and I realized I had left my phone behind, he turned around to take me back, even calling my phone to see if my friend would hear it. The ride was smooth and relaxing which might not have been the case if my friend of 50 years had driven me. I highly recommend EZ Airport Shuttle.

I have used EX Airport Shuttle for over 5 years when visiting Jacksonville. It is very easy to arrange transport, and they are always prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. The cars are extremely clean. The transport is always early and they always get you to your destination on time. The staff are friendly and Professional and the experience. They known Jacksonville well so you just sit back and enjoy the ride. The transportation cost is extremely reasonable and I use them exclusively when I visit Jacksonville. I use the company rather than spending two to three times as much to rent a car

This past week I visited my sister in Jacksonville and after reading the reviews for a few airport shuttle services decided on EZ Airport Shuttle. It was the best decision! I thoroughly enjoyed my ride and driver. Terry made me feel like he'd known me forever. I felt safe, the vehicle was very clean and he was most professional.

My wife and I have been EZ Airport Shuttle customers since about 2009, and we have not and would not use any other transportation service at JAX airport. Our experience always has been excellent (several trips yearly). Their drivers are courteous, the cars clean and comfortable, and most importantly always on time. The company philosophy clearly emphasizes customer service first and foremost, and we never have been disappointed in that regard. We can recommend EZ Airport Shuttle without reservation, and we're looking forward to our next Florida excursion using their services.

Such professional people to talk with. I called ahead because I couldn't find there scheduled hours posted anywhere. They don't have set hours.
When you set up their service they track your flight information and pick you up. Reservations are preferred 48 hours in advance. If the flight is delayed they will make sure they are there to pick you up as soon as you land. And if for some rare event you get there's early they will be there waiting.

Put my mind at ease I'm surprised their are no ratings for this company?
Dora was perfectly precise... Prices were the same as before...Not over priced like 2 of the Taxi-drivers ( had to use because of emergency), who gouged me, over $40 more for the same location I had been before, JAX to St Augustine, Fl.
So, do your research, don't-trust the taxi drivers but Do Trust EZ ...they have been reliable (follow up and use phone contact)...will use them again and highly recommend Thanks Dora
