I called for help opening a lock inside my house, and I am blown away by how professional and pleasant they were over the phone! He first tried to help by offering a solution to fix it myself, and offered advice prior to offering his services. Although they didn't have anyone available today to help me, they provided me the name of another company who might have availability for my urgent job.
If I ever need another locksmith I will certainly be calling Guaranty Locksmith!

I needed a locksmith today. I called another company and was told I would have to buy the parts or have the parts ordered. That company wouldn't be able to do the work until after the Christmas holidays.
I called Guaranty Lock and Safe. They sent Jaime over in less than an hour. Jaime fixed these lock problems in less than 30 minutes. Jaime was polite, sweet, and very professional.
I would highly recommend Guaranty for any locksmith needs.

Wow, what a great service and affordable price. I got my car keys perfectly cut in a matter of minutes. I told him that I would program them myself but when he went to check that the keys worked, he offered to program them( he didn't charge me for this!). A couple of minutes later and I was a very happy customer with a set of new keys at a fraction of what others had quoted me and without having to pay the crazy prices of the dealership. No doubt I've found the locksmith for all my future needs.

I have had to make some copies of my keys, and I appreciated that they are quick and inexpensive. They have a small business and they provide excellent service. You can get your keys made at other big stores, but I feel like these guys really know what they are doing and will make sure it's done right. If you want a confused worker who doesn't know how to work the machine, go to the big stores. But if you want to have peace of mind that it will be done correctly, come here.

I had a key with a chip for my car that I dropped one too many times and it finally broke into a million pieces. I called and asked about getting a key made with a chip & was quoted $65. I went in about an hour later and the guy was very helpful and confirmed the quoted price. He made my key quickly and gave me a 30 day warranty with it. I'm very happy with the service, price and product.

Definitely my go to when I need to get a key replaced. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and the cost has never been unreasonable. It's a very small business situated in a building with about 3 or 4 other businesses but it serves its purpose. They definitely know their stuff and I'm glad they're within a reasonable distance from where I live since it makes it easy to swing by on my way home if I need a key made.

Great experience. I lost the key to my 2013 Ford Explorer. The dealer wanted almost $300 to replace and program a new key. I am so glad I found this place. I bought a blank key on Amazon and took it to Guaranty. They were able to cut and program for a lot less. I had to schedule an appointment, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The people were friendly and you can tell they value customer service.
