Cesar Bobadilla George, professionally known as DJ RockCee is an American Disc Jockey residing in Charlotte, NC. One bartender is required per each 25 guests in order to ensure prompt and efficient service throughout your event. All of our bartenders are required to check I.D.'s and serve only those persons over the legal drinking age. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone visibility intoxicated that may pose a danger to themselves or others.

He and his wife were very professional and helped us with an any questions or concerns that we had. They were very easy to talk to and he made our wedding night the most memorable night of our lives. We had some hiccups and last minute changes, as most wedding planning goes, and he was very quick to understand and update the changes we made along the way and even on the day of! He truly kept the party going and made sure we all had an amazing night to remember. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to make their night unique to them. Cesar and his wife did a fantastic job at our birthday party. It was a Havana Nights theme and he hit the theme perfectly with his knowledge of Latin music and his ability to read the crowd and switch it up at the right time to keep everyone on the dance floor. I was concerned that it would be hard to keep things going at a small event, but he knew exactly what the crowd wanted and knew when to move things around to keep everyone dancing and engaged. Some DJs try to insert themselves too much, but he was were dead on; knowing exactly when to use the mic. He worked with us early and made a great

Cesar is the BEST DJ in the game. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about him since our wedding. I didn't leave the dance floor all night. They were also extremely organized and followed my itinerary to a T. I can't say enough wonderful things about DJ Rock-Cee. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

DJ Rock-Cee (Cesar) was booked for an event hosted at our school and let me tell you I have rarely encountered such a kind and enthusiastic entertainment specialist that can cater to any musical taste and age in the room! His equipment and light effects are amazing! I've even got different departments knocking down my door for this guy's info! His wife even runs a cutting edge photo booth if you want to capture the moment and memories. If you want a worry-free package deal of success this is it!!

It was such a pleasure working with Cesar for our daughter's Sweet 16. He did an AMAZING job! Even though we booked late he was very accommodating with my schedule and so attentive. He played a wide variety of music for all ages at our party and constantly had people on the dance floor. Will definitely be booking again in the near future, thanks so much for making the party a success!
