Meghann was born and raised in Canada, and has lived in several Canadian provinces including Ontario, Vancouver, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in Crime, Law, and Justice, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she earned her law degree from Arizona Summit Law School in 2017.
Nathan was born and raised in Arizona; he has lived in many cities throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Being a fourth generation native to Arizona he looks forward to helping the hardworking people in the state of Arizona. Nathan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology with a focus in Cells, Development, and Genetics.
Joshua is an employment law attorney who advocates for his clients in all matters of employment disputes. Joshua regularly represents clients in matters of workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage disputes, disability accommodation, sexual harassment, and severance negotiations.

Horrible service. Rude and disrespectful receptionist. Receptionist tries to bully people into paying for your case upfront and will insult you if you don't. The receptionist told me I wasn't taking my case seriously so no one will take my case
If your case isn't an easy win they'll try to charge you an upfront fee of 2600$ dollars or else they won't hear you out.
Again I was disrespected and was told they wouldn't even look at my case besides a "free consultation"
Stay away. not worth the insults and time you'll be waiting for a response. Plus unless your case is an easy win they won't hear

I highly recommend using Matt Fendon for your workmans comp injury. I have been very grateful for him and all of his staff especially his personal assistant Martyna. Matt helped me get my life back after 4 and a half years. Matt helped negotiate a settlement that I am extremely grateful for. If zero stars was an option I would give them that. I called to schedule a "free consultation" after I was called back, I provided my information about myself and the what I needed. Expecting to set an appointment, no instead Matt didn't realize that I was connected to him and he was making disparaging comments about what little bit he heard and another sarcastic comment regarding byyyyeeeee I don't think so. When the young lady called me back I informed her what I heard and the response was that's weird.... Didn't care and informed me that I did meet his requirements

If I can give 10 stars I definitely would. This law firm helped me get through one of the toughest times of my life. I Don’t know what I would of did if I didn’t find them when I did. They’re staff is filled with nice individuals that are always willing and able too answer any questions I had. Everything was handled very professionally, and things moved faster then I thought it would. I would recommend to any going through any work injury.

Although this firm came recommended, I cannot in good conscience recommend them after my experiences. I've called multiple times to speak with with both Mr. Fendon and a Mr Coughlin and have not been called back. I don't know if they just can't be straightforward if I don't have a case or that their staff is unprofessional, either way, they were a complete waste of time and bow I am left to decide what to do without legal counsel.
I know they had a good reputation but it appears something changed. I'm going elsewhere and do not recommend this office.

It's great to have someone like Matt Fendon in your corner, it's been a battle dealing with the insurance adjustors, constant run around avoided phone calls, emails and denied care Fendon Law Group has set my mind at ease and has gotten me the care, compliance and entitlements I'm entitled to, would definitely recommend if you're experiencing issues with workers comp!

Can't say enough about Matt & his team. Insurance company dragged the process out by any means necessary but Matt made sure I got to see all the necessary doctors/consultants needed to prove my case, despite their efforts. I woulld recommend to anybody in need of a great work comp attorney to give him a call. Don't wait and give the insurance company more opportunity to waste your time. The sooner you call, the better off you will be.
