I had a mishap with my original wedding dress 3 weeks before my wedding day and had to purchase a brand new dress. I bought my new dress on a Thursday and Irma got me in 2 days later, and had my dress back to me within a week. While other places around town lectured me about needing a minimum of 6 weeks for alterations, Irma was so understanding of an already stressful situation and returned the perfect product for me. She's wonderful at her craft, but also a joy to work with. I feel lucky to have found her!

I needed to get a bridesmaids dress altered and I am so glad I brought it to Irma's. She did an incredible job, I accidently bought the wrong size and she made the dress look like it was made for me. She was incredibly nice and welcoming. I love supporting small business and I am glad I able to use Irma's for my alterations. I will absolutely be back.

My wedding planner recommended Irma and I’m so glad I listened! My dress got here a few days before my wedding and needed alterations in a hurry! I spent so much money on this dress and it was so special to me. Irma worked so hard just to get this dress done in time for my wedding and there was no room for error due to the time restraint. My planner said “Don’t worry, Irma is the best of the best, it will fit”. And she was right. It was perfect. Irma really is the best of the best. I’m just so grateful.

I bought my wedding dress from Irma’s and it was a wonderful experience! Irma did a great job of selecting dresses based on my specifications and price point before arriving at the shop. Irma offered suggestions of items to add to my dress (veil and belt), both of which were perfect! Irma also did the alterations for my dress and this was not an easy task! I needed it taken in all over and wanted alterations made to the top, sleeves, and all around the bottom of the dress. All of which included very detailed scalloping around the edges. Irma did the alterations in record time and they were amazing

Irma was the calm to my storm! I bought a wedding dress online because of COVID restrictions and when it finally arrived months later, it looked nothing like it did online. Best decision I made was going to this bridal shop. Prices were amazing for the quality of these dresses. She did alterations for a price that was unbelievable. I lost weight so I had to have it brought down a size. People were thinking I spent 70k on my dress it is that gorgeous. The dress had 3 layers of fabric with lace trimmings sequins and beads top to bottom. Unbelievable how detailed!!! I spent 2k plus alterations, which was a few hundred.

Irma was very personable and professional. I had traveled to the US to shop for a wedding dress. I looked at bridal stores around NYC and could not find the perfect dress and experienced terrible customer service with most of the bridal shops. I went back home empty handed and disappointed.
