I try to be a very hands-on lawyer. I always do everything I can to look out for the best interests of my clients. I make myself available for my clients. I do my best to return every phone call, email message or letter. I want all clients to know as much as possible about the matters I have undertaken on their behalf.
Prevailed on behalf of trust beneficiary regarding interpretation of 1934 trust agreement. Ongoing litigation among heirs of Moody family fortune and trustee bank over property held in trust by bank. Prevailed for client sued for theft of trade secrets, loss of business when opponent failed to diligently prosecute case.
