We can get you started on your way to controlling your asphalt, not your asphalt controlling you. By installing the start-up asphalt maintenance program you will have control of your pavement. Armor-Guard Sealcoating's Asphalt Maintenance Consulting experts can travel to your company's location and meet with your facilities manager to review property. We will then start evaluating your pavement's condition. Armor-Guard Sealcoating will report all findings and customize the asphalt maintenance program to your specific needs.
The first signs of cracks are a warning that the pavement/asphalt is drying out due to the exposure to the sun's UV rays and temperatures. This causes the moltens to dry out and return back to its natural gas state. The gases released represent a physical matter volume and over time the pavement will shrink due to the loss of matter and rip under the contraction stresses, resulting in cracks.

Their motto,"When you want the very best" their efforts and work reflect just that. I had search several sealing companies and had agreed on one before Art from Armor Guard gave me a quote it was somewhat higher but included two coats first one brushed. The prep work and brushed work was quite professional.
It can be done for less, but i know you won't find a better job anywhere.
Great employees, great attitude and eager to do the job right. Each employee talked liked they owned the company.

Kent and Team were professional and extremely thorough. They took great care to prepare the driveway (edging, cleaning, filling cracks, etc)prior to coating. They kept close tabs on the weather and made adjustments accordingly. Additionally, they treated my property like it were their own, a rarity these days. I would highly recommend!
