No matter where they live, whether in the Minneapolis St. Paul metro area, or in central or southern Minnesota, people can choose 24 hour live-in care instead of a nursing home. They can live in their own home, use their own dishes, look at their own backyard, live with their spouse, receive guests in their own home, etc.

My experience with Baywood Home was beyond exceptional. As a travel CNA I have seen and heard a lot throughout the years.Baywood accommodates Travel CNA’s and that drew me too the company. However, I will be back because of the compassion and care from the Team that makes up Baywood Home. A big shout out to My onboarding process liaison, My Nurse, My Scheduler, My client and family members.Especially to Dorthy for accommodating me when a situation came up.I never had a Owner personally call me when an issue came up. She was very fast acting and handled the situation very professionally. I’m

Highly recommend. The staff is really friendly and accommodating to the schedule you want. They go over and beyond to make sure that not only the clients are taken care of but the workers as well.

After reading a few of these reviews from previous employees, I felt compelled to share my experience, as I have been working with them for many years now. What they don't tell you about Dorothy the owner is that she is very, very passionate about the care Baywood Home Care provides. I have never worked with someone who was so determined to provide the absolute best for their clients. She works countless hours and yes, she is very set in the way she would like her staff to care for their clients. To some who may not be up to the challenge it may come across as brash but for others it is refreshing

The owner Dorothy really should be sued if she hasn't been already. I worked for her a number of years ago as a Staffing Coordinator for approximately 2 weeks. I have been in Human Resources for many years now. Out of the companies and people I have worked for, I have never met another owner or CEO like this. Her outbursts of anger and verbal abuse if you do not do things exactly how she wants it are irrational. The other Staffing Coordinator had been there for a number of years and said everyone just deals with it because she pays well. It's a shame because the business itself is needed.

The two CNA's for my parents are awesome and they love having them there. They all get along very well and they work hard. My dad's CNA takes care of him completely and he is really happy with her and that's an accomplishment in itself! He can be very hard to please. Also the RN is another excellent addition to my parents team. Baywood has excellent people to care for my mom and dad.

Management was very accommodating - helping me get the level and certainly the quality of care that I wanted and needed for my parents when they lived in their apartment. I will be forever grateful for one of their caregivers who stayed with us caring for my mother to the end.

I cannot say enough positive about the care my Mom-in-Law Anita received while on home hospice from Deborah A from Baywood . From the moment she arrived she dug right in, and just knew what was needed. She cared for Anita in a loving and professional way. She was there for us too. Deborah, I know that Anita's wish to die at home couldn't have happened she if didn't have you there. Bless you.

Baywood Home Care took over responsibility for my father’s care, at age 103, from another home care agency with which we had had innumerable, serious problems, largely due to the fact that they could not attract and retain competent in-home caregivers and followed policies that led to them withholding of crucial information, particularly about negligent care and petty theft. After a particularly serious series of events, I received a recommendation of Baywood from a local senior services agency, and Baywood managed the transition from the previous agency rapidly and without any problem.
