We needed our roof cleaned in our recently purchased home in order to satisfy our HOA request. The staffa was very professional and corteous, answer all of our questions, provided a quote immediately and met our schedule requirements without a problem. Floridian pressure cleaners were considerate enough to call me ahead of time to see if they could come at an earlier time which worked for me. I opted for the soft wash for my roof, as they explained to me that it was a better option for my barrel tile roof. They informed me ahead of time that the chemicals they use could potentially burn the grass, however when Jorge came he prepped the yard with tarp to ensure that all the grass and plants were protected. They moved everything I had outdoors out of the way and were expeditious in cleaning and doing the work. When all was done everything was moved

This company demonstrates professionalism with their prompt, responsive, and clear communications. They are a good value for any homeowner's needs. Floridian Pressure Cleaning delivered before and after photos as promised, including a full roof view from above, and the result was amazing. Also, I was impressed how they easily accepted my request to add a service after my original request. When I ran into a scheduling conflict because another contractor at the house worked overlong, Floridian Pressure Cleaning cheerfully helped me reschedule. I am recommending them to all my friends.

Great service! Very professional! They were very detailed and thorough. They were able to clean dirt and grass stains that were on my walls and front porch for years. Backyard looked completely new! I had never seen my concrete so white. They were conscious of my plants and neighbors plants. Definitely recommend!
