Jim is a big part of the positive energy that drives all of us at C&C Outdoor Power Equipment. Jim is the co-owner of our operation, and he co-founded the company, along with his wife Rene, in 2006. Was shopping for a mower to handle a steep hill due to a walk out basement. We looked for several months at different places and options. We tried to talk to several other dealers in our area and no one had answers or gave us the time of day.
Called Jim at C and C power equipment and talked to him for a long time about the robot mower. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Though they were not the closest dealer to us, their knowledge, honesty, and service before and after the sale, is why we went with them. So here’s to summers on the deck and no more mowing steep hills 👍

I was very pleased with my experience at C&C. I live almost 45 minutes away and will be coming back for future sales and service needs on my mowers. They are very honest with their recommendations and don't try and sell you on something just to make a buck. They are also one of the few certified Husqvarna Automower dealers in Ohio. Just purchased the 430XH here and am very happy. Now my 1/2 acre fenced in yard is mowed automatically and it works like advertised - dogs don't mind it either. It is so quiet, can barely even tell it is on.

I would not recommend this shop to any one I like. I dropped my mower off was told two weeks, asked them not to start work till I knew what it would cost in case I wanted to replace it. Reached out two weeks later to be told how long the wait was on other companies, and they had already started the work. Four weeks later and a hand full of excuses I get it back. Bring it home mow half my yard and it stops moving. I had to push it back to the garage. I havent brought it back because honestly I dread the thought of having to deal with you a min longer. After reading some of the reviews I see it wouldnt

Called before I looked at the hours and they picked up as they were heading out. He took the time to wait for me to drive to Brookville and get a set of wheels for my lawnmower. It was a very good experience and refreshing to purchase from someone who cares about your business. The guy who waited(Jim), was willing to stay an extra 20 mins(an hour after close). 5 stars.
