We have the privilege of working with some of the most well known companies in the nation and we don't take this lightly. Our clients engage us in a number of ways-we help them promote a positive image by increasing visibility and helping them thrive in a world where customers and employees image have become increasingly scrutinized by the public.
Q - What is the minimum that I have to order? A - Minimum orders vary based on the particular item. For screen printing the minimum is 12 pieces. 6 piece minimum order for embroidery. Q - Are there any set up fees? A - Set fees for screen printing are $20 per screen, per color. There is no set up fee for any order over 1000 prints.
Spotlight Apparel offers custom screen printing for a variety of products. These include screen printed t-shirts, hats, sweaters, jackets, bags, pants, blankets, towels, and just about every apparel product that you can think of. We can print from a 1 to 8 color design with a minimum order of only 12 pieces for a single color print.
Spotlight Apparel offers a wide variety of embroidery services to meet your every need. All of our digitizing & embroidery work is done by our In-House Art Department allowing us to create the perfect design for you. From six to one thousand items (or more) we can handle all jobs, large and small. We can embroider on almost any material from hats to handbags, and everything in between.

We have been getting our shirts and hats at Spotlight for years! Denise is so accommodating and quick to get my order placed and ready. She has even personally delivered my order on multiple occasions, over the years. There have been times when I did not meet the minimum order and they still did my order without complaint. We order on a regular basis screen printed shirts and embroidered hats and polo shirts and they always look great. They know their merchandise well and always help me pick out exactly what I need.

So we placed an order in early April and had to follow up several times to get a response. Called and left emails and finally got our order in. We’ve done business here before and wanted to continue our business here. They apologized multiple times about there continued late responses. Anyhow, on May 21st we got our order, mostly shirts and 6 hats. The hats showed up blank, no logo. I called and she explained that there is a 12 hat minimum and a charge to embroider. That would have been fine, but it was never explained to us. What do I do with 6 plain hats? And on top of that was a 3.5%($25.91

Dropped 3 items off for monogram and on pickup, the pullover was NOTHING like the picture I presented at drop off/order time. The font and color was vastly different. The other 2 items monogrammed were just ok. Thought the monogrammer would use better judgement with placement and size. I was told nothing could be done. Staff taking orders should be more clear when writing customers orders. Very disappointed and will not return. Not even a credit offered!

I bought 29 shirts and they misspelled the bizness name and I had already paid them and all they can say was they r sorry and that I should of cought it .I said no u r the one who misspelled it to Begin with and no compensation for the mistake . Not even a phone call I wouldn't buy another shirt from them if they was the last company on Earth they just lost a customer they lucky they even got one star 10/20/17 idiots
