I've tried this place twice now for pickup / delivery, first time it took a week and a half to get my stuff back (they say 48 hrs) and now I just got another text from them saying my order won't be ready on time...as a business you've gotta at least be able to set proper expectations...they seem like they're too busy for their own good and it's starting to impact quality.
Update: despite the text they sent about a delay my clothes showed up on time so updating based on a decent second experience.

Came here Saturday 9/25/21 about 1230 pm. Machines malfunctioning, could be Mercury retrograde who knows. Just go to a coin operated one for now instead of this place. It was also super filthy. I could’ve overlooked the lack of cleanliness if things were working. Honestly, it’s an abandoned laundromat. Don’t come here!

Visited this place for the first and the last time on Sunday 9/25/21 about 10:30 am. The parking lot was full, mostly taken up by their big truck and laundry vehicles. The place was filthy! Then to top it off lost $20.80 in their stupid card machine. Bought 2 card but when I put the cards in the washer it said I had an invalid card, yet I have been charged for them! Some nice lady let me use her card in the washer. When I went to dry my clothes, I thought maybe cash would work. The machine gobbled my $5 and never even spit out a card. Unfortunately no one was in attendance. Before I can get a refund

My experience has always been outstanding whether it was ironing antique linens or washing clothes. I love the pickup and delivery service as Craig is prompt, helpful and kind. This woman-owned business is awesome and I highly recommend the services and the Customer Service! This is a true gem in Tampa!

You have to buy a card. I bought a card and put 30 on it and it won't work. Says the card is invalid. On top of that 2 ladies in here used these extremely expensive machines and they took their money without starting their load.
EDIT TO ADD, Annie was able to help out and make it right so if you have issues, just call and ask for Annie! She is the only reason I would return and this place isn't still 1 star

This is a great laundromat. It is clean and the A/C is strong and comfortable. It smells nice. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you have to add money to a laundry card and it is not clear. There should be some clear signs posted. I kept trying to use my debit and credit cards and it kept saying "bad card read." There was a man working who I feel should have told me what was up when he saw me inserting my card over and over. It is possible that he did not notice the trouble I was having. Either way, now that I figured it out I will go again.

Although I have 5 stars initially I have taken the rating down to 2 stars now.
It has become UNBEARABLY HOT in the facility. The bathroom is always disgusting. During the day most of all of the washers and dryers are in use by their employees for bulk customers.
What used to be a comfortable, clean, modern place has become an extremely uncomfortable laundromat where, frankly, there have opened better options right up the road.

Just went to wash a king size comforter using one of the commercial washers. Had to purchase a card, which I did and you had to pay a 4% convenience fee, loaded my comforter and the machine didn't work! Kept saying to close the door, even though it was. The timer was already going but the machine was still off. Finally gave up.. There is no one there to address these issues. No phone number and no way to get a refund!

I go out of my way to support local and small businesses and particularly women or minority owned/managed businesses. That is why I was so disappointed when Tampa Laundry Company lost 2 giant bags of my family's very nice (mostly irreplaceable) clothes 2 weeks ago.
UPDATE: Since initially posting, the owner and Bonnie with their accounting department have been frequently communicating with me and very apologetic and professional for what happened with other staff. Within a number of days they offered to continue investigating the situation also offered to reimburse us for the amount lost

I used this service 3 weeks in a row. First 2 weeks. Amazing. Today. I bring my laundry in at 840 am. Get a phone call. I am leaving for a bit. I will return at 4 pm. I am good with that. Now. It is 6:50 pm. I have been waiting since 4 pm. Called, answering machine. Many people drove up. Saw the sign and left frustrated. Dont lie. That is the worst. Tell me. Something came up. We have to close. Please get your clothes in the morning. Not a problem. This is a female run business. You request i support all female business. Why? I will leave now.

I use the laundry pickup/delivery service and just received a bunch of someone else's laundry mixed in with mine for the THIRD time. I'm also missing several items from my laundry. I knew I was missing several pairs of workout shorts and shirts but after I called they showed up with other random stuff (t-shirt, socks) I didn't realize I was missing and not the workout shorts and shirts I know I am.
They have done almost nothing in response - didn't even offer me a refund on the laundry fee.
If this happened once I'd be disappointed and I should have stopped the service

I walked in today and noticed the floor was very clean. I told the attendants and they told me Carmen had worked very hard on the floor. So, I got Carmen's attention and mentioned how clean the floor was to her.
We love coming to this laundry. The best thing is they work hard to correct any issues. I added a photo. Keep up the good work!!

Usually a clean unencumbered place, but lately you have to compete with the employees for space, machines and convenience. Not blaming the employees, because they are doing what they have been told. Just poor management decision making in favor of bottom line over customer service. Garbage overflowing onto floor.

Worst experience ever. Picked up laundry fine and called and told me the cost, but it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I called on Friday when it hadn’t been delivered and she asked if she could drop it off on Monday “it got missed in the drop off” apparently!!!!!
My neighbor just dropped it off today from a whole block away! He said he… had it last week - so the girl I spoke to on Friday LIED that she had my clothes!
Complete incompetence! I will never do business with TLC again and I will ensure that my friends never do business with them!

After just moving a family of 4 to Tampa, we discovered the movers broke our washing machine--yikes! A quick search on yelp for a laundry service led us to the Laundry Company. To sum it up, it was a perfect experience: extremely clean facility, excellent service from the attendant, and amazing prices.

I love this place!! Just moved here around the corner and was looking for a close laundry mat to stop by. Carmen is an absolute delight! Great personality and customer service. She took my queen size mattress and even made a note of the two stains I had pointed out for the cleaners. I came by a day later, (past closing time I might add) and Carmen went out of her way to unlock the doors and get my cleaned cover for me. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is completely FILTHY!!! Pictures on YELP make it look way nicer than it is in person. I travel full-time for work and have done laundry in almost every state while having good luck finding clean, well maintained laundromats. Tampa Laundry Company is by far the worst place I patronized. Staff was also not professional. One attendant was talking to to someone on speaker with her phone held under her bra strap. Majorly disappointed!

Edit: After a conversation with the owner I'm raising my rating to 4-stars and chalking up my complaint about short-sleeve shirts as a misunderstanding or miscommunications.
