Delivered load "NO HICCUPS" on 6/15/2021 as of today NO PAYMENT paperwork recieved no problems (according to Indian telephone operator) spoke with someone named Daniel (scared to give last name when asked) said payment on way (9/8/2021)............. Since this last posting we did recieve payment 10/25/2021 (in full) still believe they have a screwed up set up system.

Their fall off numbers are ridiculous. They have cancelled a lot of my loads which has messed up my schedule and did not compensate me for the fall off and the excuse they give is that the load was cancelled after more than 3 hours. I had to cancel a load this week and I let them know 27 hours earlier than pickup and they have included that in my fall off score.

I booked load with convoy from Visalia CA to Fife WA. I came with empty trailer from WA just to pick up the load of convoy on time.But when I reached at the pick up location convoy informed me that load is cancelled. And this happened to me many times. But if I cancel any load convoy make scores fall off. convoy bother me, but I still work with convoy

I booked a load for $2700 which was a round trip. It was a empty trailer which I was allowed to use it for the load coming back, so I booked a load for $3200 to bring back.
In the middle of the trip you canceled the half load which was a empty trailer bring back which can be loaded and app tells me that I’ll get $1046.
Are you serious? I will not do this round trip for less then $4500 usually and the only reason I did it for $2700 is because I was allowed to use the empty trailer coming back. And everything got messed up because of your cancellation in the middle of the load.

Trying to solve an accounting issue since they sent us a check on 5/26/21 for a load from 10/12/19 and when they cant figure out why they sent the check they hung up on me. I called back twice only to be immediately hung up on again. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, I know if this was my company i would not be happy about the service being provided....

My Husband hauled a load for Convoy from PA-NY. He picked up the load on time, delivered on time both stops and stayed in contact with broker with phone updates. We invoiced Convoy on 10/14 and WE HAVE STILL YET TO BE PAID! I have spoken to multiple people at Convoy and everyone says they “do not have the power to help or else they would.” After non payment for over 50+ days their answer was “did you email our support email?” We live paycheck to paycheck which is already hard enough in this industry. We booked a load with these guys on Nov. 5th 2020. When the driver got to the shipper he was told the load was taken by another carrier. We communicated with their dispatch and told them what the shipper said and they said we will contact the shipper and will they advice. We tried to contact them couple times on the same day to find out what is going on and no answer. They double booked the load and they didn’t communicate with us and they won’t pay the TONU. You won’t be able to talk the people who can make decisions and their dispatch is nothing but automated phone system. Good luck dealing

Let me start by saying convoy is very bad now... The power only is a joke... Example I booked a load and pickup the load the delivery was next day until I got there the delivery was changed so I had to wait 24 hours to deliver... I called them to see what happened and never get a return call never just and email saying we will investigate... So I got unloaded 2days ... They gave me 350 dollars for 24 hour layover then they called me after I delivered and said I have 5 hrs to return the trailer 300 miles... But the app says I have 20 hours crazy right... This same thing happened 3times in a row

I have booked a lot of loads with Convoy and haven't had any issues. Payment is quick, they actually pay out detention which though their detention is $40 / hourly and though it is not the $75 / hourly you from Uber Freight (update 2/20 - Uber Freight is no longer $75 / hourly detention and have lowered to $40 / hourly) I can say Convoy is a good broker to work with. I like the option to bid on loads and yeah, their rates can be cheap, from time to time I win on a bid at a decent rate and have no issues running the load. Even in case of lumpers, Convoy will answer the phone so you can get lumper
