Let me tell you about the experienced I had with Skay and Shawn that was my technician. So I called Saturday morning that out AC unit that wasn't working and we went though the worst night ever the night before specially with a 2 year old that was woken up because of the heat, so I called and was nicely help by Michelle requesting a technician to come out ASAP and I was booked for the same day. I received a called from Shawn ( Saying I'm on my way) I was in shock that's a A+ in my book. Shawn arrived and in no time he had my AC unit working in less then an hour , I couldn't be happier.
