A great way to restore balance to the mind and body. The primary goal of this technique is to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. It's exceptionally beneficial to increase the level of the blood, decrease muscles toxins, and improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
The most relaxing and healing massage I've ever received. I've been going to Sheila for massage therapy for 3 years and have always received only the best massage and care. Sheila has opened her own studio which is quiet and relaxing. If you have a specific ailment such as sports injuries, tension, back injuries, etc. Sheila knows how to treat it.

Shelia, is an esthetician who's knowledgeable in her craft. I've recently switch to Shelia after going to another for 18 years with no results ( I'm loyal to a fault) aside from taking accutane to assist with outbreaks.
I've had 3 sessions w/Shelia who also demand I cease taking accutane (3 months off) and my skin glows. I'm so glad I found her (breathe); anyone who suffers from Acne understands the struggle of obtaining clearer skin.
*Lymphatic drainage with cupping with Hydration are some of the service received. Let's not forget the products. I'm so happy. Thank you, Shelia

Hands down the best massage you will get I promise! I was a little skeptical at first, being that I've had issues with my neck, shoulder, and back for years and it seemed like no one could work out any of the issues. An hour with her, and all my pain and issues were alleviated immediately! And the results wouldn't last a day or two, I would feel better for weeks. Not only that, but with just a little bit of time spent with sheila, I slept better, I became stronger in the gym, my posture got better as well as my overall health being a lot better then before I started going to her. I highly recommend
