Residential house and had a leak in my crawl space and called Gratz due to their positive reviews and they lived up to their reputation. We called and worked with Allison to get scheduled in a timely manner. Mike showed up on time per the schedule set and did an amazing job communicating the task at hand. He/Gratz were extremely efficient. Gave us an honest assessment, brought us up to code, and charged a fair price. Would 100% recommend for any fire protection needs.

Extremely professsional and knowledgeable company. We contacted Gratz for information and consultation regarding a sprinkler system and Harry could not have been more helpful. He was very quick to return a phone call and answered all my questions and provided much needed information and education surrounding the issue. His knowledge was invaluable!

We needed a couple fire extinguisher for our auto repair to pass L and I inspection. Called a lot of places around and everyone just kind of give the run around, finally got to Charles Gratz Fire Protection Co. The technician that answer the phone was very knowledgeable and answer my question with patience. Even schedule a walkthrough on a Saturday. We was glad because a couple of our unit was expire for more then 10 years. We end up replace all the unit with them. Excellent service and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone.
