Buyers beware the pot hole patch product may take up to 30 days to set up. The product label says rapid setting. I used this product in a 15 inch strip 2 inches thick between my new concrete driveway and a paved road and compacted it several times.3 days later I can push mt thumb completely thru the patch material. Jet coat offers no help or reimbursement and says the product can take up to 30 days to cure. I have a new driveway that I can not use for up to 30 days,,,,insane.

They manufacture a wide array of consumer driveway products and I bought mine at Rural King in Florida. We did a test of 40 gallons of both 1 year and 3 year life products of which the contents were beyond inconsistent. It ranged from almost water to some pails that required a 3/4" half horsepower drill to be able to agitate/mix. After speaking with a company rep the best I was offered was a way to interpret date codes so that on my next purchase I was better informed about aged product that would more likely to be old and difficult to work with. Not a pleasant or consumer friendly experience and

Be careful. I recently bought this product from Costco. It said 7 years of warranty. After applying two coats as directed, I waited 3 - 4 days to dry the sealer. I checked the driveway and it eas dry. So I brought my car and that eas the end. Driveeay started to sow tire marks all over as the cars are driven. The sealer peels off after parking the car for a few hours. It has been almost a month and the driveway continues to make new tire marks and sealer continues to peel underneath the tires.
When I called the company they said that this is normal. Tire marks are expected in the warm weather
