I have used Mr.Kindermann multiple times and have always had a great experience! He has always been a super professional attorney! He is very kind and personable and he does not make you feel judged. He was able to get me the best outcome in prior cases and my most recent cases dismissed! He stays on top of your case and gives you updates as things progress which I appreciate. David Kindermann was extremely rushed and unprofessional when handling my case. After paying him thousands of dollars, he put in an extremely minimal effort into preparing my case and actually became combative and rude with the judge. His behavior was abhorrent and I cannot believe he behaved this way on my behalf. He was not an advocate for me that day and I truly feel that I would have been better served representing myself. Would not recommend him if Mr. Kindermann was the last lawyer on earth. Worst experience I have had paying for a service in a long time. Stay away.

I was so nervous before, and during my case but David kept telling me to relax, everything will be fine. He was absolutely right!! I was dead to rights with my charges but David worked his magic, very intelligent, and got my case dismissed! Not only is he a great lawyer, but a great guy as well.
