We had the pleasure of having Hector as our driver. He picked us up promptly at the airport and took us to our hotel. He was very accommodating! He offered to take us to a restaurant because there was no where to eat around us. 2 days later he picked us up at 4:30 am to return to airport. Once again he was kind enough to offer to stop for coffee prior to dropping us off at the airport. GREAT SERVICE I will definitely use this car service again. I left a suitcase in Orlando and realized it when we got to Jacksonville. We couldn’t drive back so we called Jorge (owner) and he personally made the trip to our hotel, got our back and met me in St Augustine. Very polite, courteous and professional. He explained to me all the steps that would happen and even told me to have hotel check his credentials. Highly recommend this business !

My flight got cancelled and was switched to a 7 am flight. I called them last minute and they told me they could get me a driver for 4:30 AM! As a woman traveling alone I’m not going to lie I was scared of taking an Uber so I googled taxis and found this company with great reviews and it’s for a reason. They texted me the driver was on the way that morning, and Andy arrived even earlier I would say 4:20. Very attentive, professional and mostly SAFE. I think I was the most scared of being in a car alone and let me tell you the moment Andy arrived all I felt was relieved. I definitely recommend

10 minutes of my time and was able to setup a ride for my father from across the country. They were punctual and even gave a heads up on the way phone call. A little more expensive than uber/lyft but I got the security of talking to an actual person who could be held accountable for their actions. The driver was on time and helped us get our bags in the vehicle. He drove extremely safely. We shared the cab with another couple to the airport. Our driver, Jorge C. knew his way around the airport and knew exactly where each of our carriers departure entrances were. We would not hesitate to use them again.

My family and I were going down to Orlando to spend the holiday and to meet up with my oldest who goes down to college in Florida. Had a wonderful experience. I was left stranded at 4:00 am by Yellow Cab for 2 hours. Tried calling them back to find out where they were and why it was taking them so long. I couldn't get through to anyone... and I tried calling them several times. Finally I called Orlando Taxi 24...they showed up at the time frame they gave me and got me to my destination in a very safe and timely manner!!... They are a great company and I would use them again as well as recommend them to everybody!!... THANK YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!
