RETS did their job and found me a wonderful employee. I paid 28% of her projected first year salary to RETS but she didn't even stay a whole year. I asked RETS to refund me for the remaining months of the year that were paid for. I thought that was a reasonable request. They wouldn't. They didn't have to because they only guarantee their employee 30 days. It was a horrible return on my investment. Lesson learned.
