I used this firm for 3 years in preparing our tax returns. The last 2 were regretful especially. Carolyn was rude and insulting to me and did not get back to me via email or phone when I enquired or had an update. When it came time to complete and sign my return we were given excuses that their phones were not working properly. We were way overcharged-more than $600 for our individual returns. I told them I would never use them again. This year I got a call from them saying my appointment was such and such a date with Carolyn. I told them they must be joking. My tax preparer this year agreed

Carolyn has prepared our taxes for the last 12 years and we couldn't have asked for someone better. She is so knowledgable and friendly, answers tax questions for us year round as they come up, and she makes the process so much easier. The staff here is so friendly too. I've referred so many people.

Used their tax services after we moved to Tucson since we would be filing in two different states.
The woman who was assigned to us was very friendly and did an OK job communicating with us when we had questions.
Fast forward 6 months after taxes had been filed and we had issues with both states saying we didn't provide certain items. We tried contacting our lady to help us or explain what was going on and she NEVER responded! Not to emails, not to phone calls, nothing!
We ended up having to deal with each entity on our own and figuring it out - which took months.
We were do disappointed

Met with one of their advisors, Benjamin Goldberg. He was super helpful moving my 401k into an IRA.
He even took extra time to help me call to ask the right questions to be sure things got transferred over correctly. Thanks for a great experience. I feel completely comfortable with my retirement with them.
