Working with Lucid was a great experience. I had spent my career with one company and was apprehensive about a job change. Lucid made me feel very comfortable and helped me with every step of the process. I was treated like a friend and really felt like Lucid had my best interest, and the interest of the client at heart. Changing roles can be a very scary prospect, but Lucent's team made the transition smooth. I've never run into a recruiter so driven and dedicated as the one I worked with at Lucent for my new position. He followed-up with me after interviews and made sure we were on the right track.
