Frontrunner Screen Printing is a family-owned and -run screen printing shop located in White Bear Lake, MN. We print on all types of apparel and will work with you to create a custom-made design or to tailor your design for printing. We do a variety of work for a wide range of customers, from marathon and race coordinators, to school sports teams and clubs, to small businesses, community organizations, and local bands.

Owner, Aaron LeMay, began working as the head screen printer and graphic designer in 2011. Aaron took over the screen printing portion of the business in 2016. He brings the same dedication and work ethic to running the business that he has always brought to his designs and printing.

Services
Not sure what to put on your shirt or how make your ideas become art? We'll create a custom design for you. Aaron has a degree in graphic design and many years of experience creating logos and designs for shirts. Cost for design work depends on the complexity of and number of colors in the design. Prices start at $15 for 20 minutes of design work (or $45 per hour).
We screen print on t-shirts and other apparel, as well as items like tote bags, barbershop capes, aprons, tote bags, can koozies, and more. We work with a number of wholesalers, and S&S Activewear is our preferred vendor. Feel free to check out their website to get an idea of what's available. Front Runner went above and beyond assisting us in our apparel orders for a Motorcycle Memorial run! The t-shirts they did came out great, and they even helped us coordinate with their partner vendor to get hats embroidered (even though they don't perform this service in house). Everything came out perfect, and the turn around was fast! Working with Danika was awesome, always a quick response. THANK YOU FRONT RUNNER!

I've been ordering all of my teams shirts/sweatshirts from online retailers for the past 3 years. I decided to give Frontrunner a try in an attempt to support a local company and I'm pleasantly surprised. I had been under the impression that screen printing was cheaper online but Frontrunner was actually less than my least expensive internet retailer. They did an incredible work and Danika and Aaron were great to work with. I'll be using this company from now on!

Frontrunner was a huge help when ordering shirts for our company BBQ. I gave them a design and they gave some feedback on how it would look better. They were also very good with their communication. Any question that I had about the shirts, they were very quick to respond with an answer. 20/10 would recommend these guys for any shirts that you would need!

Our men's league hockey team recently got some sweatshirts done by Frontrunner and the experience was awesome from start to finish. Aaron and Danika at Frontrunner are amazing. They were able to mock up a few designs so we knew exactly what we were getting before even submitting the order. From finalizing the order to having the sweatshirts took only a few days, it was extraordinary turn around time. Frontrunner Screen Printing was very responsive and the prices were unbeatable! I placed an order on a Monday evening for 5 shirts and it was ready quicker than I thought it would be. I sent them my design with specific specifications and what I received was perfect. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

I have ordered multiple shirt designs and Koozies from this company and couldn't be happier with their finished products. Their prices are fair and they respond quickly. Ordering is easy (for simpler designs I have even ordered over the phone) and turn around time is quick. I highly recommend this small family owned and operated business.
