Greg and Derek, set up our home with wiring for security, sound and vac system, 18 years ago (2002) when we built our custom built home. We were pleased and have continued to be pleased with everything they do for us.
Since then we have upgraded our systems when needed and Integra has always given us great advice and customer service.
Now Shane, Greg's son has joined the team and doing a great job too.

We originally had a different AV company wire and install a Control4 AV system for our new house. Unfortunately, after the initial install was completed, the original AV company would never respond to emails, text messages or phone calls when we had service issues or wanted to upgrade or add equipment. I then began looking for a different company to provide service for our Control4 system and found Integra Custom Systems. Recently relocated to Tucson and purchased a new property where we were looking for home security and audio systems install set up. Integra Custom Systems were able to tailor a full home security system that fulfilled all of our needs and was within our budget. For the home audio, Greg worked with us to be able to utilize most of our existing equipment, guided us through the requirements for additional upgrades and equipment, and delivered a quality product that is easy to use and very reliable.
