Heritage provides a unique alternative to a traditional Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. The vision of Heritage School of Interior Design is to empower the creativity of aspiring designers and creative professionals with a quality, hands-on education to achieve personal growth and professional success in the interior design industry.
Stephanie Thornton Plymale is the owner and CEO of Heritage School of Interior Design. Heritage is headquartered in Portland, OR, and also operates in Denver, CO and most recently expanded to Seattle, WA. Heritage School of Interior Design is an intensive program designed to fully equip students for a career in interior design by combining a hands-on education with a full complement of technical courses.

At Heritage School of Interior Design, we introduce our students to several interior design associations that allow our them to enhance their path to professional success in the interior design industry. Students who take part in these associations benefit from establishing additional relationships and the continuing education opportunities offered.
Heritage School of Interior Design prepares students to start their own design business and also helps to connect students with jobs, internships and career opportunities throughout the Interior Design industry. Our interior design career services provide ongoing support and resources to help students succeed professionally.
