Marcel is the best landlord/ property manager anyone can ask for. We lived in one of his properties for 5 years, and any time we had an issue or repair, he addressed it immediately. He is focused on our safety and comfort. He keeps rent at reasonable rates. I cant rave enough about how fantastic he is and how lucky we were to have him for 5 years.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were scheduled to re seal and stripe a parking lot on Labor Day weekend. It had been scheduled for months. They were a no show and claimed it was due to rain, but it never rained that day at the parking lot they were to work at. Then instead of doing the job the next day it didn't "rain" like all companies would do, they pushed it back an entire week. Then show up today and won't allow me to move a car out of their way, and tell me they didn't work last weekend cuz of the Holliday. And now are leaving again to not do the work since
