I bought my Vespa Primavera from Vespa Miami in June 2021 and have nothing but great things to say. The staff was attentive, friendly, informative, and they went out of the way to make sure I got the scooter that was right for me, transferring my dream vehicle from their Ft. Lauderdale location in a few short days. I'm looking forward to going back for my scheduled service.

I paid in advanced for a headlight to be ordered and the labor to install. They said the would call me when the part came in. Didnt hear from them for a week and a half. So i called and Victor said he thinks the part came in and he would call me back after dealing with a customer. Never called me back. Called back again 2 days later victor said he would look for the part had me on hold for 10 minuets and then hung up the phone. I called back right away and no one answers. I don’t understand what is going on but it is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this shop.

Horrible attitude and rude. They need better customer service. I called this morning and the guy who answered the phone told me to call back cause he was too busy with 2 clients and he was all alone. He spent more time complaining about this than it would have taken him to get my number to call me back. 🙄

The people are nice, they try to be helpful. The problem is the people doing repair work in the maintenance shop. They don't know what they are doing and are doing stuff completely and dangerously wrong. It is bad enough that we have every tourist and distracted driver trying to kill us on the road we shouldn't have to worry about the mechanics who are working on our equipment too.

I have nothing to say but good, actually amazing, things about Vespa Miami. They have taken care of me from day one, which was about 1 1/2 years ago. The purchasing process was transparent and seamless. Yesterday I picked up my Primavera for repair & was only charged for a replacement battery. The guys fixed a break light and my mirrors for free & cleaned my bike. I admit it was filthy! Highly recommend! Not sure why any negative reviews for this shop, makes no sense to me.

I bought my very first Scooter here and had a great experience being educated by Javier. I had never ridden a Scooter before and had no clue if I even really wanted one, let alone a Vespa. All I knew is I was tired of biking over the Venetian everyday or waiting all day on Uber Pool. I walked in and Javier greeted me and asked me a few questions. I ended up getting a Cool Silver Genuine Buddy 50CC which was what I really need, not wanted. I feel like they took the time to make sure I made the right choice. Very honest. A couple of times, my battery's gone flat and they've happily recharged it in the shop for me at no cost. Recently, I wanted to sell my LX50 as I'm moving out of town. While they couldn't give me the price I wanted because of the rust, Charlie gave me some great advice on how to get the best price for it out on the market. I had a great experience at this store. I went for the first time and didn't know anything about scooters. I think they realized I wasn't going to buy because I'm petite and need a smaller scooter but still they were extremely helpful and informative and even gave me additional options for my body frame. The sales person even had his lunch sitting there and was so kind to keep talking to us and explaining us everything to know about buying a good scooter. Thanks so much for such a great service!

My Vespa wouldn't start today so i walked it to the Vespa dealership on 17th and Alton. Charlie greeted me and was surprisingly really friendly, like up north-midwest friendly! He checked the scooter out, came to the conclusion the battery needed to be replaced. He sent his runner to the store to to pick up a battery and 30 minutes later, good as new! Charlie didn't even charge me for the labor. I was having a bad day so it was really nice to have this experience. If you own or are looking to purchase a Vespa, visit Charlie for the best experience!

I moved here a couple years ago and Vespa Miami has done all the service on my 2010 GTS 300S since I got here. I like the guys that run the place and found them to be conscientious and attentive.
Today they were going to install an aftermarket exhaust systm I bought from a third party. But it did not fit; the mechanic took photos to show how it wouldn't work to help me return the part. They did not charge me for the labor in the attempt to put it on and Javi directed me to a different third party that should have a system that works.
I recommend them wholeheartedly

Before visiting VM, I called and spoke with Eddie, the store manager, who stayed on the phone with me for about 10 minutes discussing my options. I was taken aback by such a attentive response because the other dealers I called seemed to care more about getting me into their showroom than about answering my questions.
When I walked into VM, I barely knew anything about scooters, except that I wanted one from the Genuine Scooter
