Designed to make the most of every inch of space, the TS 6.2 model has seating for five, including a lounger. Helene is the nicest woman ive ever worked with, and she has gone above and beyond to help meet my needs even when things are on backorder. I was in process with Leisure works and they were absolutely horrible and almost had to get lawyers involved. This is a family business and they treat you like family.

I've had a horrible experience from this store from a swim spa I bought at the Detroit Hot Tub show 2 years ago. My tub has never worked right and they just don't seem to care. Multiple calls, multiple excuses. I finally ended up getting in touch with Master Spa who got me in touch with a service person in Cadillac, MI. I live in Plymouth, about 3 hours away. He's the only person that will work on my tub. It's cost me too much money and time, it's not worth buying from a store that won't service what they sell.

With a growing family we were particular on a seating configuration as well as needing to work within a given budget. There were several Master Spa series to choose from to make sure we got the seating we were looking for as well as at a great price. Juan was awesome to work with and really helped us through the whole process. I would recommend him and the Hot Tub Store to anyone in the market for a quality hot tub.

Juan and Nick were fantastic couldn’t ask for better service really love the hot tub I purchased a Master spas Twilight 7.2 I think it’s the best thing I ever did they made the experience great. Answered all my questions and I had a lot did a bunch of research before I went to the store. I would recommend them for sure!!!

We purchased a Twilight Hot Tub from the Hot Tub Store, we had an issue with our tub on Friday evening. I text the owner Nick at 9:00 PM not expecting a response. However Nick not only responded he had us scheduled for a repair Saturday. He and his team replaced a motor that he had in stock and got us back up and running by 4:00 PM Saturday. Awesome customer service could not be happier. Let's me know I not only purchased the right tub, I purchased it from the right store.

Friendly service. Every time I asked a question it was answered. I was not talked down to. I was treated like family. And got a great deal on a terrific hot tub. I can't get my girlfriend out of it ha ha. We love it. And Highly recommend them to family and friends. We will definitely keep our business with them. Nick and Helene were great

Warning - do not do business with The Hot Tub Store.
Approximately one year ago, we gave The Hot Tub Store $3,000 as a down payment on a hot tub after seeing them at a show in Lansing. (we have the receipt) We should have never done it so quickly but they seemed so nice etc. and we trusted they would do right by us. We had not fully researched how to actually run the wiring in our new home but they told us "don't worry, we will make sure it works, etc." But to our great dismay, after spending months calling in no less than three electricians and our local electric company, we learned

I went to this place to buy some bromine tabs for my hot tub. I did not buy the hot tub I have from there but I inquired about getting new filters. They told me to bring in what I have and they'd measure and order. So about a week later I brought my filter in. They looked it over, didn't measure it mind you and told me they'd have to check with "their filter people" and get back to me. Two days later I got a vm saying they'd have an answer for me the next day. After that? Nothing. Despite TWO MORE calls to them on my behalf I got completely blown off!! If they are
