I wish 10 STARS was possible. This company is great and the level of customer service is impeccable. We planned a last minute party and needed chairs and tables for a Sunday event. Called at 9am on Sunday and they took care of our order even though they were closed. Exceptional communication! Highly recommend this company for any event.

If I could give more stars I would. The level of customer service was impeccable. This was concierge type of service. When I scheduled I had a million and one questions which they were patient and answered everyone of them. Unfortunately due to an illness we had to postpone, again the level of professionalism and elite customer service was provided. There are other businesses that offer similar services but you CANNOT compete with their level of customer service. For all your party events Jump and Joy IS the only place you should go with.

I used this company a few weeks ago for my sons birthday. Their customer service was absolutely wonderful. The texting/communication made it much easier for me to communicate while I was at work. Their pick up, drop off was also convenient and hassle free. I will use them again for my daughters birthday in April and will deff recommend to all my Katy friends.

Awesome Company!!! This was one of the easiest, most relaxing processes I have ever been through. We were planning our daughter's 1st birthday party and needed small tables. This was our first time with a rental company. The online process was smooth and the customer service rep was phenomenal! The delivery process was precise and on time. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Have used Jump & Joy several times now and have always had a fantastic experience. Chad and Amber are the kindest and most helpful folks to deal with. Every piece of equipment has been in like new condition and I know they constantly update their pieces and buy new slides and houses. Highly recommend!

WHAT A PARTY!!! Jump and Joy rentals really came through! We had a hiccup at the beginning with what was ordered but they took care if it and then some! The kids AND ADULTS had A BLAST! When the slide portion wasn't being used, the littlest kiddos used the platform as a jump house. The guys that delivered and picked up the unit were awesome and were patient with us as we asked a bajillion questions. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jake, the Installation Supervisor and he was super amazing! He did a phenomenal job with setting up the tent, tables and chairs... Very friendly and super customer service and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other vendors I contacted... I will definitely use Jump and Joy for future events!

We have been using Jump & Joy for 3+ years now for different events for our family and more specifically birthday parties. David has been always a pleasure to work with when he gets on site. He is always punctual as well as professional, again, I have had nothing but great experiences with this company as they always go above and beyond every time we utilize their Bounce Houses. They always call and or text prior to showing up for setup as well as tear down. You will not be disappointed with their services in any way!!

Last weekend I used Jump & Joy with my church and it was easy and an incredible experience. Everything was clean and they people were super nice and transparent with me. Not once did they hesitate to make sure everything went as planned and picking up and dropping off was quick. Chad the Operations Manager went above and beyond to make sure I was ABOVE SATISFIED with every step of the process. I will be using them again soon. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for customer satisfaction being the priority of company and great deals to start here!

It has been great to work with the Jump & Joy team. Tim had answered all my questions about rental, showed up early and made sure our event was a great success. He and Chad made the booking process completely transparent and straightforward. Initially I was hesitant as they were not the very cheapest on the web. However, as I got to know them it was obvious they are passionate about service, safety, and making sure all our bases were covered for the event. Thanks for a job well done & see you next year!
