However, when our son chose to serve in the US Army, we were looking for something we could do to show our support for him and still honor our nation.

We were honored to be able to present a very special flag to a Purple Heart Veteran. Pfc. Jeffery Taylor was critically injured during the Operation Iraqi Freedom invasion when his crew's vehicle came under mortar attack, causing it to roll over into a canal and trap him under it. Rescued but left with a crushed leg.
