They overbilled me and when I asked them what the bill was for they told me it was "for their services." They also told me if I didn't pay the bill, they would sue me? These are some of the most unethical business people I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Run away and stay away from these con artists.

Excellent customer service!! Spoke with Amy. I ordered an Elevation Certificate because my flood insurance rates were very high. SZS came out the next day. When I submitted the certificate to my insurance agent my premiums went way down, by more than half!! Plus my agent told me I will be getting a refund on the difference. Thanks again to SZS.

Just as the other reviewer on Google stated, this company does NOT provide a "resolution" for your issues, but let me reiterate in more detail. They give you the impression they know what they're doing because of their years of experience, but what they fail to do is give you a price quote on their services. It is not until they send you a surprising invoice that states all the many things they have done and what they expect you to pay them, that you finally know what you're getting yourself into. And they will send you letters stating they charge a "reasonable" price for their services (though

I spoke with Chris Kilpatrick of SZS Consultants today regarding possibly ordering an elevation certificate for a client. He was very thorough in explaining that the property was no longer in a zone B and referred me to a good website with city zoning to check the status. He was very friendly and helpful and gave me good honest advice instead of merely trying to sell me an elevation certificate. He advised me that in this particular case an elevation certicate most likely would not help reduce the flood premium. His advice may have cost him one sale, however, his honesty will definitely guarantee
