Nan O'Connor was hired by a company I work for in Sandy Springs Georgia. She presented multiple video conferences in regards to building better managers and teams. Nan is an extremely gifted business and personal coach. Each time I have consulted with her, I have started out feeling like I was desperate to take action but had no clue how to choose between competing courses of action. She has an incredible ability to quickly pull from me the information and insights needed to help me choose a direction and feel confident about it. She is not one of those coaches who has one preferred solution for everyone. She helped me devise things that were uniquely suited to me.
